Absolutely wonderful to work with!

Rob is absolutely wonderful to work with! He cleared out an entire Saturday to show us at least seven different houses. Rob was patient with us and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability. If he wasn’t sure of something, he got back to us in a timely manner. We never felt pressured into liking a property. If we didn’t like it, Rob didn’t try to sway our opinion. He was very easy going throughout the whole process. Rob used electronic signing on all of our documents prior to closing, which was very convenient. Since this was our first time buying a home, he gave us several recommendations on home inspectors and lawyers. That made the whole process so much easier, and the people he recommended were wonderful. Once we closed on our house, Rob mailed a percentage of his earnings to our charity/organization of choice. He did this in a timely and professional manner. If you choose Rob as your Realtor then you are in great hands. He truly is an honest guy who just wants to help you find your dream home (or sell).
