He was very communicative, and technologically more astute than other Realtors we worked with in the past with Tate and other firms. His ShowTime app and e-docs tools made things easier, provided real time status and full visibility. We sold three homes with him; all averaged less than a week on the market and all three sold for more than any other comp as far as dollars per square foot. He set the bar in all regards.
